We already have a marketing person or agency. Can you work with them?
Yes. We first agree who owns strategy, creative, campaigns, website changes and lead follow-up. We can fill the gaps alongside your existing team, or manage the agreed scope. You keep ownership of your accounts and assets.
What happens after I request a marketing review?
A strategist contacts you to understand your business and current activity. We review your visibility, website journey and enquiry handling, then discuss three priorities and a suitable scope. If account access or deeper analysis is needed, we agree that with you first.
Is this only for small businesses?
No. We shape the monthly plan around your business, audience and sales cycle. An online shop, restaurant, consumer brand and B2B company need different priorities, even when they use the same connected system.
Do we get every service every month?
You get one team across the full journey. We agree a prioritised monthly scope rather than running every service at full capacity at once. Deliverables, channels and approval timelines are confirmed in your proposal.
Are advertising and software costs included?
The monthly fee covers the agreed agency work. Advertising spend, CRM subscriptions, WhatsApp messaging charges and other third-party costs are separate. VAT, where applicable, is additional.
Does the package include a new website or full rebrand?
Ongoing website and brand improvements can be included in the monthly scope. A full website build, complete rebrand, production shoot or complex integration is scoped and priced separately before work starts.
How do you use AI?
AI supports research, content variations, analysis and agreed automations. Our team reviews creative and strategy, and you approve customer-facing work. We agree data access and human handover before connecting systems.
How soon will we see results?
We start with an audit, measurement and a practical rollout plan. Campaigns and follow-up can show early signals; SEO and brand building take longer. We report on agreed business metrics without promising a fixed number of sales.
What commitment is required?
We recommend a 90-day initial roadmap so there is time to establish the foundations and learn from results. Contract duration, onboarding and cancellation terms are agreed in the proposal.
