Zoho CRM and Zoho People are supported natively today, alongside HubSpot. Salesforce, SAP and custom systems connect through the platform's private, OpenAI-compatible API layer. If your data lives in a database or spreadsheets, Pulse can read that too.
02Can it read our accounting data?+
Yes. E8 Pulse connects to Zoho Books and structured spreadsheets to track revenue, expenses, cash position and overdue invoices. Access is read-scoped, logged and processed entirely on your private infrastructure.
03How does the payroll automation work?+
Attendance from Zoho People or E8 Workforce is converted into salary calculations, splits and deductions, then exported as WPS-style bank transfer files. Your finance team reviews and approves — the spreadsheet work disappears.
04What gets sent on WhatsApp — and is it secure?+
A concise daily briefing: revenue, pipeline movement, overdue invoices, anomalies and attendance. Delivery runs on the official WhatsApp Business API, and the analysis behind it happens on your private LLM — raw financial data is never posted to a public AI service.

Yes. Google Search Console, Google Ads and HubSpot connect natively, so the briefing includes your current SEO positions, how campaigns performed, how many leads arrived today, and which platform and which ad produced the leads that convert.
08Does everyone receive the same briefing?+
No. Pulse identifies each recipient by their configured WhatsApp number and applies the same permissions they have in the portal. HR receives a people-and-payroll briefing, project managers see their projects and pipeline, and staff get their own scope — same data governance, different lens per role.
09How long does setup take?+
A 30-day data-to-briefing pilot typically goes live within two weeks: week one connects your systems and maps the data, week two tunes the briefing. Full automation — follow-ups, payroll, alerts — rolls out department by department after that.
